Stayed here for Easter break. Good continental breakfast, and the coffee was nice. Convenient location, close to lots of restaurants and shops. the room had a nice bathroom with decent amenities and there was laundry facilities available.
The room was cramped and overlooked a construction site. the staff was not helpful and had a hard time communicating in English.

Very convenient location, just a stone's throw away from a ninja dojo and store. 🏯 It's a great spot to be so close to these attractions.

Convenient location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The hotel was situated near an open market and numerous restaurants, making it an excellent choice for foodies seeking local cuisine. The rooms were small but tidy, with all necessary amenities provided. The staff were attentive and courteous, always willing to assist.
Limited breakfast options and difficulty with the English language. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, and some of the staff were not fluent in English, causing communication barriers when attempting to make inquiries regarding nearby attractions. a comfortable and affordable stay in a good location.

We loved the location - it was close to the big market and departmental stores. The hotel was VERY close to a train station and just a short walk away from the Shijo subway station. Breakfast was included and it was a nice Japanese experience. The staff were helpful and kind.

Great location, close to transport, Nishiki Market, and convenience shop. Non-smoking room with no smoke smell. Enjoyed the authentic Japanese breakfast. Good value for money. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient luggage shipping service.

There are also many departmental stores and shops close by, including some ritzy ones. the famous market is just a short walk away from the hotel too. Rooms are clean and efficient, with good bathrooms. There are useful facilities like a microwave and free Wi-Fi, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast is basic but adequate to start the day.
